Hi guys,

My soundbar works perfectly well but there seems to be a connectivity issue from the soundbar to the woofer, however the sub does not increase or decrease with volume, and somehow i can't reset it??

Have you tried unplugging everything for a few minutes?

Yeah I've tried that a few times and it sorts itself for a while but eventually it comes back
