WF-1000 xm3 bad call quality and loud wind w/ ANC

The earphones are great but the my girlfriend says the audio quality is horrible, especially when I'm outside when there is wind.

To add to that, the wind is extremely loud and amplified when using ANC. I've had to turn off ANC because the wind was so loud.

If the noise-canceling function or ambient sound mode of your WF-1000XM3 wireless headphones is turned on, the ambient environment may increase the wind noise.

It is possible to change the settings to Wind Noise Reduction in the Ambient Sound Control settings on the Headphones Connect app from your mobile device.
