WF-1000X not working

Hi,

I have received a pair of WF-1000X Bluetooth headphones for Christmas.

I have connected the case to a USB charger and the red light on the case is lit. I put the headphones in the case and the red lights are flashing but they never stop flashing.

When I remove the headphones from the case there are no lights and I can't turn them on or pair them with my phone.

Any ideas?

If you're still having issues, I would recommend getting in touch with the Sony Support for further help.

I had already tried what was suggested on that page and it didn't work.

I have returned the headphones and will buy something else instead.
