Walkman NW-WS413

My waterproof Walkman lights up to charge when connected to a computer or plug socket. However when I turn it on it won't light up.

I have had it about 18 months and use it about once a week. I did the we chat earlier today and was advised to buy a new one. I wasn't happy about the advice l received. I can sit and listen to the music when it's conected to the computer. But I am really missing it in the pool.

Any suggestions much appreciated

Have made sure that you're charging it using the supplied cable?

Thanks for your interest, yes I have only used the charger that came with the product. The light is green whether connected to the computer or directly I to the USB plug socket.

It just won't ight up or turn on when not connected to the charger. It's really frustrating.
