WF-1000X Right earbud flashes when in case then does nothing when taken out.

Doesn't connect to the other earbud or phone.

Can anyone help with this issue please?

Have you tried a reset to factory settings to see if that helps?

Did you ever get to a resolution to this problem? Seems both a charging & pairing problem.
