Hey folks!

I'm having an issue with the headphone, especially the right bud which doesn't seem to 'power off'. Its blue led light is always on when in the charging cradle and while using, which drains the battery super-quick. When drained, placing it in the charging case shows the blue led as shown below. I've attempted to reset the bud, and to also factory reset the device - but the right bud doesn't seem to respond to either input. Left in the case, it then drains charger. It does, however, switch off after five minutes outside of the case but any interaction repeats the symptoms.

Has anyone come across something similar? Recently purchased in Feb, using with an iPhone SE (2020).

Hey Sam,

Sorry to read that! Sony replaced them under warranty; there didn't appear to be a fix I could do myself. Give support a shot and I'm sure they will replace the faulty device.
