WF-1000XM3 Continual music dropouts

Im getting really annoyed at these wireless earbuds. The right one continuously breaks up during music playback. The left one is fine.

Im listening to music over bluetooth from an iphone. Ive tried full resets several times, fully charged, iphone is up to date, yet the right ear bud keeps ‘stuttering’ during listening to music, the left one has been perfectly stable.

Any ideas how to remedy this before i take a hammer to them as they are very Very annoying.
