General freezing

I've been having real problems with my Sony 1 phone, as it keeps on freezing when switching applications. Not all the time, but several times a day and not all for the same app. Its even fine it when trying access my photo album and the camera. The phone just stalls. Sometimes it goes to the black screen, others you have to exit the app as it's not responding and the first time you try it again it still doesn't work.

Has anyone else come across something similar, or has any advice?

I have the same issue also, it's very frustrating. Sony can you please give us an update on this problem and give us a idea when it will be resolved.

I have seen it most frequently when unlocking. It laggs with a black screen and sometimes I have to tap the power button to get a response to happen. I have done reboots and I also have animiations turned off in dev options.
