Xperia dual E3 restart problems

I bought an Xperia E3 Dual just couple of weeks before. I am experiencing restart problems in it. Upto 20 25 times a day. First light will go off then it switch offs itself for 5 10 minutes. i am not able to properly call or do anything properly due to this. Please help me as I have spent my hard earned around 13k for it.

The problem could be an old or faulty SIM card, if you trimmed/cut the SIM card to make it fit, that could be the issue, remove the SIM card, if you don't expect a restart then you know its the SIM card.

You can also boot on safe mode

if the problem its gone then its an app acting up, just repair your phone with PCC

Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

This may also be related to an SD card, make sure to remove it if issues continue after going through Uliwoolys instructions

That is if you currently have one in the device.

Sir,

I am having Sony xperia E3 dual phone. My phone got stuck at starting screen with sony logo. I have tried to format my phone using SONY PC Companion as well as Flashtool but to no avail. Both the applications are not detecting my phone. I have even tried with different USB cables but no output. Please help me out.

Since your device is not getting started there is no way that PC Companion will detect your handset so PC Companion is not of any use

We have this problem in Sony E3, when we pick up the phone, its light also goes away.

Sony Xperia E3 dual is worst phone I have purchased. Hanging several times. Have checked with the service center several time cleanmaster.
