&lt;P&gt;Well, you need to troubleshoot your TV first to make sure it' not causing the issue, you can follow these steps:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- Disconnect all the external devices from the TV.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- Unplug the TV from the mains for 2 minutes.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Soundbar Issues with KD-43X75WL</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Guys, i hope you can help. I've just bought the&amp;nbsp;KD-43X75WL this Saturday and i love the TV but i have an issue with my Soundbar. When turning up the Volume on the soundbar using the Sony remote via eARC and ARC it turns up fine but when i turn it down it goes down a few numbers and then it stops and unable to go down further, but it will go back up. I've tried a different HDMI cable and still the same. I'm hoping its just a compatibility issue and nothing wrong with the TV or Soundbar. Does anybody have any ideas please.. Thanks in advance...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I would advise you to contact the soundbar providers to troubleshoot the soundbar as a final option.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
