Should I take the November update?

I've just returned to the UK and have missed the excitement of the November update.

I use a satellite box and possibly might want to use the satellite input on the TV as well to give me two channel recording on the satellite box. If I take the update and want to revert back to using the satellite TV input, is it possible after removing YouView?

Hi there

You will have to eventually do the update anyhow. yes, you can Disable YouView if you do not wish to use is.

To disable YouView, press the HOME button and navigate to [Settings] > [Channel setup] > [YouView setup] > [Disable] and choose Yes.
