Soundbar only works with HD Channels

Hi there,for dimensional reasons I bought a Samsung Soundbar (HW-N450),and while it works with HD channels and Bluetooth for music with my iPhone 6 there is no sound from the SD channels.

I have the HDMI cable in the ARC port so I’m stumped 🤔

Anyone know what I’ve done wrong ?

Hello @Pigmalism,

did you check your TVs audio-output options? Maybe the audio format of the SD channels is different to that of the HD channels?

sorry for the misunderstanding - that was not what I meant.

I was referring to the audio format e.g. "Dolby Audio" or "Stereo" or "DTS" or "Dolby Atmos".
