Hello,

I have read that you can use the latest firmware for XBR-65A1E on a KD-65AF8/A8F to get Android 8. There is also a guy that has a video about that here:

Is there anyone else that has tested this?

Hello @fredrikmagnell,

if you trust the guy in the video, you can try it (it is your TV in the end), yet I strongly advise against it, since you probably will lose warranty if the update bricks your TV somehow.
