I keep getting “ playback errror not encoded for your device” I have tried both puffin and Firefox , both worked for a few weeks then started giving me the error message , any help greatly appreciated

You say you are getting a message "playback error not encoded for your device" but don't mention what it relates to.

Can you confirm what exactly you are having an issue with on your TV?

Hi Sean , I wad trying to watch Iplayer using the puffin browser from play store ( which was working fine until the last updated it) then started to get the “ playback error” not encoded for this device , I tried looking to get another browser but none in the store, I have tried to follow instructions to side load another browser but can’t seem to manage , I tried the browser on the tv and although it looked up the website ( Rangers.co.uk) it never opened the page it just showed a blue screen , all help gratefully appreciated
